As LaneTerralever's Senior Director of Operations, Matt is responsible for ensuring that LT runs smoothly by shepherding Agile techniques and processes throughout the organization. While working closely with our senior management team to set and lead company objectives, Matt helps to ensure efficient productivity and team performance. Prior to his role in Operations, Matt served as LT's Director of Project Management, where he was responsible for overseeing our Project Management department to ensure that the team hit deadlines, stayed on budget, and delivered excellent work. With over a decade of advertising agency experience (and 7+ years at LT), Matt has contributed to many of our agencies' most significant projects - from large enterprise website builds (Meritage Homes and Universal Technical Institute) to full company rebrands (The STRAT [formerly Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower]).
